And imagine if Tim had paid Tony 6-10 months ago for Chucks boat. Would it have changed Tony's business life or just prolonged it and left Chuck in the same (or worse) position he is today.

I agree with both of you. Sounds like OCM was doing him a favor by only giving them partial payment to build the boat to keep him from being out the entire amount incase they went belly up. Sounds like a lot of people on the OCM thread might owe OCM an apology before this is all said and done....

Gary Smith owner of the Predator skater out of arizona is the lien holder. He financed them for Scott Conrad and he screwed Gary so Gary got the molds back and sold them to Tony. Now he is taking them back from Tony. As for Jay I don't think he will ever see these molds again.
