For those of you cheerleading Jay along I have been told he has 10 days to pay for the molds in full or he not only will not see them again but the lienholder is going after him next for helping Tony copy the molds without permission. The only molds taken today were the ones that were liened by Gary and Gary had all of the legal papers from court to do what he did. But he did video tape the other molds there that were copied off of his molds for future court appearances.

from what i understand all he has to do is change the mold design by 10 % and he is good to go ..

Unless there is a lease involved.Plenty of court rulings on a lessee copying a lessors property .

I think you have a misunderstanding of what transpired. Im not trying to be a jerk so please don't take it that way.
Jay has not been given any ultimatum from Gary and Gary has not demanded any payment from Jay. (Makes sense since Gary's original deal was with Scott-not Jay.) Jay did not copy any parts off of any molds for Tony or anyone else. Jay was a victim of Tony as was Gary and most others that have dealt with him.

I am sure that Jay and Gary will have future conversations on how this situation can be mutually beneficial to them but I assure you both are professional enough to make those conversations private and not to lay it out here.

Your best bet would be to talk to Chris Dilling of Grafik EFX, he has been running Frisini Motorsports / Arrow Powerboats for over a year now.
