If I remember right, back in 2006 when the original sale was done the Spectre Catamaran name (or similar) went with the sale of the molds but Jay was going to retain the Spectre CC name/business. Wasnt real clear and definately created two very similarly named companies. Conrad got the deal done before I could but always wonder how that worked out. Guess it never was....

I bet the molds end up back with jay, either leased from Gary or purchased outright.
They are only available for a outright purchase and yes the trade mark ,logo, and all intellectual rights go with it.The complete Spectre powerboats company.

Willing to bet this is over the 42'. I believe the plug/molds were finished under conrad's ownership but not sure who actually built 42s? Seems frisini did 1 or 2 was that it?

Unless Jay has an investor he will not see the molds. And Gary will NOT let Jay make payments.

According to Frisini boats it will be rolled into the Hypersonic lineup and more effort placed on building that brand. The whole leasing agreement/brand dispute explains a lot on why the Spectre brand was never really built up.
Is Adrenaline Boats still in business? I'm confused!

Honestly with the lease deal they had with Gary I'm not sure what's up with Adrenaline either. The seller with the 24 molds claim to have the brand, trademark etc so not sure if the 30's are truely Adrenalines. Same with Sonic...have to wonder if they purchased or leased those as well.

Honestly, Frisini should have bought what they wanted then created their own distinct brand. Keeping the original names has caused more confusion than the names were worth in my opinion. Either focus on totally reviving the brand or start over and create some distinction.
