Mr. Allen and another individual attempted to steal the boat. The police are investigating possible grand theft and filing false police report charges against Mr. Allen and others who may have acted in concert with him. Mr. Allen does not own the boat regardless of what anyone else says. As for Mr. Smith, I respectfully suggest that he refrain from making any more false, malicious allegations against my client. He has been sued as a result of previous defamatory statements and we can and will amend the counterclaim against him accordingly.

I've been following this thread and it is now (and has been) stupid.
I don't know OCM or Chuck - but I do know Tony Frisina and I promise you, if he is involved, Chuck is going to get fu<ked. (OCM probably already has been.) Frisina is a con man and there is no telling what pack of lies he has pushed up Chuck's and OCM's rear end.

Appreciate the clarification, I don't really care bout the whole ordeal, but seeing the posts really makes me question how these people amassed the wealth to purchase these 6 figure boats and write/post the way they do. Carry on with the speculation, he said/she said. There's 3 sides to every story. And if skater40 does have an interest, not sure why he didn't answer this question himself as he has posted a couple times after me?

I'm an educated person, however, this is obviously a thread for those "in the know" nowhere in this thread is there a post for the uneducated to make them understand the situation. For you, if you are out monies owed, I hope you get that or your property, but this thread is litter on an already ****ed up forum and I gladly move on.
