the 2nd one you speak of was caught in a storm at 7.00 p.m. on a saturday afternoon when the marine radio said seek shelter and get off the Lake 60 knot winds out of the north approaching Navy pier at 6:30 she had her Life jacket on and he did not ,they were found following morning after the storm passed and coast gaurd went up.
Condolences to the survivors and families

I'm surprised that I have never seen this boat in Pensacola. Very sad and definitely makes me think about how I will run my boat in the future!

Reading thru the fishing forums it has been repeatedly said that there was no insurance and that the motors/drive are still sitting on the bottom in 12-14 foot of water. They also claimed thery were 1000hp w/ # 6 drives but I see here it said they were 700's?
