Never say never.

It was a part failure. The boat didn't have a lot of shakedown time either- they're still dialing it in and to my knowledge the owners are quite happy with it.

I can't speak to delivery issues- but, I can say that my last trip to the factory floor was a couple weeks ago and it was wall-to-wall slammed with new work. Just what I saw.

Knowing that crew like I do, my guess is growing pains.
They are great people who build fine boats.

If they've got so much business and orders why don't they just refund back the money. Sounds like they've got a waiting list

I can only imagine how bad the Statement Shuffle is with all the titles changing hands, or not.

Is that even legal?

I hope the statement boys get their $hit together before its too late!
I don't know the boat or the power package it had.
I do know spending that kind of Jack can be a Effing
Mess when things aren't right.

How ever on another note is the Mechanical
failure a reflection of Statement or the manufacturer
of the Mechanical side?

I understand Rigging falls on Statement.

Anyways just saying it's easy to point fingers
and it's not always pointing in the right direction
even though you spent your money with them.

All manufacturers should shoulder the blame for any supplier component they chose to put in the product they build. They satisfy the customer and resolve the supplier issue.

I saw it in Tampa up close.

The interior was fully done but can not comment on the lower cabin as the entry way up front was shut but so were everyone else's so I didn't think anything of it.

Does this cat have the same hull design as the Passion 50? We know that has put up some soild numbers. Also what are most full cabin, full pleasure cats, of sizes near this ones (50') with 1350's running?

As far as the owner not happy is that their words or their words stretched? I do know the owner also owns a Statement CC that they are VERY happy with.
