My only reservation to the death penalty is knowing the justice system makes mistakes, and that it could be an innocent person.
In this particular situation,,,,, the death penalty is to good for him.

This terrorist/coward/murderer was caught red handed. His time is short.

IMHO, the death penalty and concealed handgun licenses have made Texas a much safer place.
If 1 dirtbag takes 1 millesecond to to ponder that the person he's going to rob is packing it could be a life changing experience for both when he doesn't carry out the crime.
Our numbers on aggravated crimes and homocides have dropped bigtime since CHL legislation.
In well documented evidence of premeditated murder trials of capital offenses it should be the only penalty with no plea agreements allowed.
In this case the death penalty is 100% in order.
I don't agree that the death sentence on circumstantial eveidence alone is the correct penalty.
And unfortunatly I'd feel certain that our state has carried out the executions of some innocent men.
We've had several released and reversals of the convictions due to DNA evidence proving their innocence.
One was a janitor from my high school who professed his innocence of the murder of a female high school student when we were young, I think he did nearly 30 years on death row. And recently another man accused of killing his wife got off after 18 years on death row.
All due to worthless prosecuters who twisted cimcumstantial evidence to suit their argument and make the local citizens feel more safe because of the conviction,
See ya,
