My buddy bought it without an engine or drive. It been rigged for a standoff box and he didn't want to run a standoff box. He couldn't find a drive that would cover the hole, so he had the transom re-done. These pictures we took it out in the off season to water test it (on the trailer). That is me on the right.

The detail in the gelcoat on this boat was amazing in person. The chrome things are part of the bunk support. There was a lot of chrome detail on the trailer. I believe Hot Rod magazine did a write up on just the trailer.

My buddy sold the boat to a guy in Reno, who put a blown 540 in it (i don't remember what drive) and ran it in the Desert Storm Poker Run last year. Last I saw it the guy in Reno had it on eBay, but I don't think it sold.

Don Johnson - multiple boats
Chuck Norris - raced, not sure what he owned
Ivan "Pudge" Rodriguez had a couple Cigarettes

My boat wasn't owned by anyone famous but was in Bad Boys 2 and a Geico commercial!

Your boat was actually given to Michael Mann during the shooting of Miami Vice. I do believe bad boys boat was a stock zrc from aqua toy store. It's the same one that was turned into a Ferrari boat.
