Glad everyone is OK, as these things hit the boards and start to unfold in real time i find myself saying a little prayer to hear everyone is alright.

Sounds like there is plenty of footage yet to come in.

Yeah, we're all a bunch of clueless idiots even though pics and videos are all over the internet. Get with the times.

(comment directed at those saying to stfu because unless we were there we don't know anything)

Looks like the small v hull boat going the opposite way forced an alteration in the pack's line. I was in rental just ahead of that point. There were more than a few boats, where I was, in the course. The event staff was doing a great job of attempting to clear things out. Glad everyone is okay. Lots of boats were running beautiful. Looking forward to seeing the blue Skater today. Rumor here is that it was over 200 in practice earlier.

It's no problem at all. I am sure JT turned around, and many others.
Just from what I saw in the video, no one lifted off the throttle. They just seemed to go around like they would in the races and let the safety crews deal with it.
I for one would have lifted much earlier. Just my 2 cents.
Just glad all the people are ok.

This event looks more like a race to me. More safety needs to be involved.

Glad there ok! Think if your beside or a little behind this accident with everybody coming up behind you wfo, do you want to chop the sticks or turn hard,Ive had people infront of me that never looked back.I was surprised that the helo didnt turn around and sit over top of them so someone wouldnt run over them.
