It seems you are asking the members to do the de-bugging for IB. It's ok, lot's of activity on this for sure. However we are not here to de-bug, we are here to use, or NOT.

If a bug is reported, and I can't replicate it, I can't fix it. I have to ask for a little extra info sometimes (like, step by step, how you got to the error) in order to give my techs something to work on. We've QA'd the site internally, but you use the site, so you'll most likely find any latent bugs long before we do. This is how it's done. All we're doing is trying to make the site's features work for everybody. Bud ;)

I agree 99.9 % don't like the change. But maybe, just maybe things will get better as the I.T. types complete the transition and a few weeks down the road things will be good. Also in business I cannot recall a software change that pleased everyone. The 62K is an OSO number they post.

And I agree with you that after a bit of time the geek squad will work out the parts that don't work.

( in my opinion there shouldn't be a lot to work on after letting it go out , but that's a whole other subject)

But I repeat. The customers don't like the total appearance and I don't think that's the part that the IT guys are working on.

I bet if a rep from head office said they were going to change the readability of it or whatever everyone doesn't like about its appearance then the customers might just be patient enough to wait.
