Is anyone else getting these from OSO?

I am not getting them. You guys may have gotten a virus. I am willing to bet you did. They will open up certain adds every once in a while.

OSO has never, will never allow pop-ups. Check programs on your computer and see if you have one called gator. If so, delete it. It seems to be the most popular one to pick up while traveling the internet.

try www.lavasoftusa.com and download free software called ad-aware 5. It will find hidden files that track your internet use and remove them. Gator, Kazaa, and numerous other downloaded programs use this software. Gain is also Gator. I don't get any pop-up ads from OSO.

Troutly if you did not O-for so often you would not have to go visit those sites that gave you all your virus's

Anyhow now get some good virus software and see if you have any others on there. Get them all off. If you have some you likely have many.

I get them alot, not from here but I surf the web alot.. I use a program from www.panicware.com called pop-up stopper... all I have is a tray icon that whows me its on and if i chose a beep sound whenever it stops a window from opening. It stops ALL windows from opening though, even those you want. This is easly stopped by holding down the CTRL key when clicking the link or whatever you are doing that requires a new window... saves me alot from having 12 or more windows at one time open(I have seen 14 max before I got this sofware)

Ad-Aware - Don't surf the net without it!

I run ad-aware at least once per week on both the home and office systems; amazing to see the crapola that finds its way onto your system...
