RBT, thats a very interesting bottom setup!! I assume that it was working on a venturi effect?

Not quite. Rob is so full of hot air that he had a large pipe hooked directly from the tubes to the drivers side of the boat and equipped with a mouthpiece into which he blew.

I completely agree on the twins in rough water. I only drove mine a little with the twins before I restored the boat... to a single. It made it a lot nicer to drive and much more practical, but never had the power or rough water ability. With the 300 it was a pleasure to drive, with the old twins...... an animal.
