I'm posting this on behalf of Wild:
- Jays a great guy We were on the sunsation in the front and we came up on a 75 Viking wake from the starboard and jay was up front taking pics look over the port side as was I - the boat slowed to less than 10mph prob, but the bow went up really high and slammed down into the second wake and Jay hit the deck, then we had 2 or 3 more waves to get thorough amd just bounced us around up front - the slow speed and the big wale made made the bow go up and down really high and hard - jay was hurt, we stopped - we got him up and in the rear of the boat and kept going but his pain was bad and he wanted to get to land - it was just a bad deal - no operator error or high speeds, just an accident - I wish jay the best

Wishing Jay the best. I have seen many back fractures as a MRI technologist, being in the ICU means it must be pretty serious.

Hans and I just spent 40 min with Jay. He is resting comfortably and his pain is being managed. MRI is done but it will be tomorrow before doctors decide how to proceed. We will be keeping in touch with him and will post updates as info comes available.

Bob
