I was not even a part of this but I still cracked a beer at the finish line. This was fun to keep track of during the day. Got me thinking of my snowmobile racing days and doing the ISOC endurance races! Very cool, especially nice to get a front row seat. Again, congrats!

I hope they give a speech that reads something like.. " We regained this record in an American Boat, with American Drives, American Propellers, American Engines, American Engineering while being piloted and navigated by two Americans" Kind of fitting rebuttal to the the last victors speech.

In the bigger scheme of things - how many people can actually say they broke major records in 2 years back to back and in such a major way let alone a grueling endurance run?
