Thanks for all the advice, signed a contract yesterday, demo/site work should begin in 3 weeks..reputable builder with alot of buildings in cny.

AWESOME!! Congrats!!

If i had it to do over again, I would not install windows. They are vulnerabilities. I would have gone with luminescent panels up high for natural light. My windows provided virtually no usable light, and I just boarded them up when we started having break-ins in my county.
