Default Sad time of the year in the 1000 Islands

Was a sad time last weekend. That time of year when they start dropping the water level on the river and we can no longer park at the dock up at camp. One last ride on the St. Lawrence on a gorgeous fall day and then yanked her out on Sunday morning and brought her home. Hoping to get a few rides in on Oneida Lake in the next couple weeks before stuffing her in the barn for the winter before we head to Key West a month from today for race week. I'm jealous of you guys that can boat year round, but hey......snowmobile season is almost upon us and I have a pump gas 240 hp turbo that will hold me over for awhile! Hell....the sled even has silent choice with one big thru hull out the side. Flip a switch and fill the tank with C-16 and we have about 340hp on tap. Almost as much fun as the boat and the stock chain and gears is a lot like a pair of Bravos behind 4bus's boat, only a matter of time!

Magic......how far from Syracuse, Indiana are you? I have a couple buddies from my snowmobile racing days that are out that way. Bryan "Fish" Finlinson and Jamie Bellman (Bellman Oil).

Small world. Tell him ya talked to Mike Hills. I just sponsored a big asphalt snowmobile drag race that he puts on every year at U S 131 Motorsports Park in Martin, Michigan. He's a good dude and his hair is perfect!

I go to that race as a spectator every year. TD or D&D set up on the turbo. I have a fully decked out 12 retro with all the decals removed, TD, Pricele$$, OSP set up.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=juDIGitoLlE&feature=youtu.be TD, OSP 2013. I had a 2012 Retro with the same. Ordered my girlfriend a new ZR 7000 Limited back in April and hoping to pick it up soon. Neighbors hate when I launch in the backyard on the stutter button out the side exhaust outlet. Belches some serious flame when building boost on the stutter.
