WASHINGTON, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 31, 2002--Reggie Fountain, Chairman
and CEO of Fountain Powerboats (NASDAQ: FPWR) announced the appointment of
Jack Clark as Fountain's new Vice-President of Manufacturing.
"We are very pleased to have Jack back with us and we are confident that he
will do a terrific job," said Mr. Fountain. Mr. Clark served as head of
manufacturing for Fountain in the early and mid nineties.
Mr. Clark, who is originally from California, holds a B.S. in Management and
Organizational Development from Mount Olive College. He has held various
senior manufacturing positions, most notably at Bayliner Marine, Hallett Boats
and Glastron-Carlson.
