IF you are insured then you dont have to worry about anyone else !! Theres no need to preach to others. Your premiums are already based on a statistic that accident involves an uninsured.

It is the land of the free theoretically. However choosing not to pay for health coverage only effects you, choosing not to have boat insurance can effect other people. Making poor choices that effect other people negatively isn't right. If you didn't want to be in a debate then you shouldn't have posted and just kept reading.

On my farm trucks, motorcycles and hot rods I just insure during the summer months, then cancel in the fall. I have been doing this for 30 years with no problems. My boat season begins July 1 and usually end in September, but they will only insure for a full year, can't cancel and get refund on remaining months, they said "good luck getting ins next year"...WTF??

$4000/year divide by 12 months equals $333 per month, not bad. They won't do it!! I HATE paying for something I'm NOT using. Also won't do just pl/pd.

Yeah Devin Wozencraft wouldn't even call me back. I talked to his Hot little secretary and she was super nice to talk to.. I guess he was on the phone and did not think approriate to call me back. He has all my info . I had full coverage with him last year... I guess he must not do liability only or he woulda called me back.

So haters produce a focking liability policy so You can feel safe when I drive on your lake. If I fock up my own sh!t .. It is poetic justice for me to have to bust out a grinder and fix it myself. Kinda a self punishment.

Another note. I test on Lake elsinore on like Monday or tuesday.. Not another fockin boat on the lake. I know I need insurance for this because I dont feel comfortable leaving the dock without coverage. But it's like another grand to insure my boat in january.

Health insurance. My wife Is A RN so I got the best of everything.. Went to a doctor to get a possible pre mellnoma removed.. 3 visits etc.. Turns out our insrance refused coverage so we have to pay the whole focing bill.. I know .. health insurance is manditory now too..

No bad intended here .This thread may get us all insured. I want to help boating be safer

. But This is what I am talking about.. YOU NEED TO WORRY ABOUT ANYONE ELSE. Keep a lookout if you can..Let others on the boat have the fun and let the captain be the captain.. The caretaker with a watchful eye.. Too many times I hear . "I dont care I have insurance that will pay" this attitude focks up more sh!t than anything else period.Insurance gives some people a false sense of securtiy.. Never think Insurance fixes everything or protects everything because money cant fix or protect everything

You just seem to know all the right people. You can Keep trying to justify it, but it's not gonna make a difference here.
