The question was, "…..with the exception of Nortech, Cigarette and OL what other manufacturers even have a presence in the sport Vee market as far as new models or for that matter new boats?". Since 2008, Sunsation has introduced 2 new models - the 36 S/SS/SSR/XRT and the 34 CCX. They are currently tooling a 29 CCX. I don't see the response as comparing Sunny or Checkmate to OL. Instead, the response was to the question posed above.

My apologies to Sunsation ( I think Joe and Wayne produce a great product) as my thinking was over the past couple of years they had really focused on developing the CC market......which, in all due respect could probably be said about Cig and Nortech.....Outerlimits did make one CC but it is my understanding that they do not plan to pursue that market and remain focused on the high performance sport market.... I do recall that Checkmate made one large v-bottom, not really familiar with their presence in the marketplace...thanks for the info....the intent of this thread was not to bash other brands but to brag a little on the current brand I own....I guess the obscurity comment could have been perceived as bashing....but I do maintain that OL has continued to raise the bar while most others have been more in a status quo mode
