Congratulations Gino I knew alot of people that didn't survive the battle of addiction as you have and that is why I knew them because they are no longer with us here...... You have certainly given alot of people a story that they can hope to strive for with determination and fortitude you can always rise from the ruins of the wreck that life sometimes causes with our decisions that weren't the smartest at times!!!!!!You go bro!!!!
Today is my 25th sobriety anniversary! I can believe it's been that long!!
25 years ago yesterday, I was homeless in New York.
I spent a long time sleeping in hallways and trains with the clothes on my back. It was December, freezing cold and I had an old Members only jacket.
Drugs took everything from me including my relationships with most of my family.
We always joke about my luck, but I am one of the luckiest , most grateful people you will ever know.

Congrats Bud. you are an inspiration to many, While I did not had you tough early history, we have something in common. Rotten luck. lol.. But the rotten luck we experience can't compare with the happiness life offers. Keep up with you stories big guy.

When I spoke to you in poker run village KW this year and had I generic conversation with you I was amazed at how down to earth you seemed. Now I know why, you are a man of character and I mean that in the most respectful way. Go get that 25yr chip as another reminder of where you never want to be again.
