One last update,

Just wanted to let everyone know that Chuck ended up passing away February 18th at home with his family. I've been meaning to update this thread but I just never got around to it. It honestly kills me inside knowing that we could not make the boat show like we had wanted to (or even get down to Florida earlier) but near the end, we were able to spend some quality time with him during his last couple weeks at home. It's never easy but having that time did make it a little easier to deal with. Everyone I talked to about this trip including me are still in awe by the generosity that was shown in this forum for someone they didn't even know. I appreciated it and I know he did as well even though we didn't make it down. A bunch of us (friends and family) have already planned to go down next year to the boat show in remembrance of him.

Not sure how feasible this is but I want to try and set up a melanoma poker run down their either around the boat show or this summer sometime. I was wondering whether anyone would have any contacts or any idea of where to even start with trying to organize one of these events.
