Why do you think that when you look at time shares - both husband and wife have to be present?
The first rule in sales is qualify the buyer.

My wife bought two of the 4 off road toys we have now. She did ask me first and since my Momma raised no dummy I said yes. She happily wrote the check for our buggy. Two boats before our current boat she said "We need a bigger boat" Notice I say "Ours" not hers or mine. What can I say......I married well 43 years ago. We both earn the cash. As corney as it sounds, we are best friends that like the same things. She tells me she is getting us tickets for the NHRA drags in Vagas. We grew up together in the sand dunes, on beaches and in the desert. I'm sure when you wait to find the right mate it gets much harder because of the baggage that comes along with it.
So my advice to all you guys that do want a great wife is go back to High School and start over.........just keep a eye out for the cops.

Exactly right, that is the whole point, don't waste your time if they cannot pull the trigger. You might want to make sure he did not win the lotto though.

Not everyone will qualify, that is why you do this first so not to waste either of your time.
