Here are some pictures of the original lower and the modifications that IMCO made. In the original lower, you can see the torque tab that we were running before. This does not show the modifications that we made.

No. The skeg is full length. That is just a picture of one that IMCO did with a shorter skeg. Ours has a full skeg.

This is the Stock lower with the torque tab from IMCO (we designed the torque tab and they integrated it into the casting for single engine boats):

This is the modified Lower as it was from IMCO with the full length skeg (forgot I had this one before our modifications):

When we finish the modifications, I will post pics of it as well. Probably be a couple weeks. Too freaking cold to run again for a while!!

Brother that is ROLLING in a 26' boat! Wear the Lifelines and be careful cause that is honestly as fast as I have ever heard in a boat that size.

I guess we will have to reshape my drive next and see how fast she really is,

Congrats on the build and awesome performance. Your boat seems to be tracking true and stable. You've obviously applied your considerable experience and talent to come up with something awesome.

Now please just apply some additional dimension to the project's benefits -- and you'll truly have things dialed-in.

Congrats again, have fun and be safe.

Great info thanks for the updates. Just wonder what the difference would be on a V hull if any? My skeg is standard from IMCO with the torque tab.
