First boat was a 20 foot Sea Ray cuddy
cabin .... 1976 model...I think...305 V-8
with a major oil leak!

Current boat is a 99 Top Gun with no oil
leaks! (Runnin With the Devil)

I am in the title insurance business.

Back to the top, since this subject came up again!

First boat: 16' Fabuglas (honest) bowrider with an 85 Suzuki, soon replaced by a 115 Mariner. Ran right at 60 with a hydraulic jackplate. Hull was so thin that you could "oil can" it with your thumb... Still - it got me started!

I think I may win the "Most Ambitious First Boat Award".

First boat (age 31): 1984 Scarab S-Type (30') w/ twin 454/425hp and Kaama surface drives.

Current boat (age 33): Same, but new engines going in. Still 425 hp, but better design.

Still, changing to the new setup has been somewhat of a challenge. The second engine went in yesterday, and I quit working on it at 9:30 last night -- not because it was finished, but my throat hurt from yelling obscenities.

Occupation: IRS Agent (O.K. I'm really an attorney, but people like IRS agents better.)

WOW!!! Long time ago, about 20 years.....1st boat "I" owned, was a Glasstron Carlson CVX-16 w/125 Johnson. Completely rebuilt it, great starter boat, then a Cheetah 19"6" fish&ski, and now - a Wave runner (wife & son), The Formula, a Bass Tracker (to fish) & a 25.5 Landau Pontoon for large groups to party & make River runs to Ft. Smith, Ark.

Currently a technician for AT&T network data services
