Default Car carrier ???

Anyone have an idea where I can rent a car trailer? I have to get a 1950 Ford P/U from New Jersey to New Hampshire. Because of the old transmissions it has to be a full trailer, not just a caddy or tow bar. I thought U-Haul would have these but Im not having much luck with them.
Any help is appreciated.

I rented a full car trailer from U-Haul, towed my wifes SVT contour from Ottawa to Dallas. It worked great, ask U-Haul to find one for you, you may have to drive to pick it up.

U-Haul's car haulers are not designed for the weight/size of a full size truck. They would not even let me haul a 7 series BMW.

I tried the private rental companies in the phone book, and found one with a nicer trailer than U-Haul, less money. But you have to return it the same place most likely.

Try contacting a local trailer dealer. They may have some ideas or rent you a used trailer for a few days.

Got one.
The first two U-Haul places said they didnt have anything like it. I was considering pulling the axel. Because of the feedback here I tried another U-haul and they said they had two. 6000gvw $118.00 one way or $50.00 a day to bring it back.
Its a done deal @ 118 one way
Thanks for the help.
