Appears the Lani Kai is a popular place on the weekends for boats to anchor just offshore and listen to the bands. Place is a boating Mecca! Saw everything from schooners to 100' + yachts and everything in between. There were always a ton of boats out in the gulf and in the intercostal. I hope North up in the Cape is less congested. Otherwise, as much as I like it there it would be off the list for retirement property. Too many people in too small an area.
