ye i know that , thats why i am going for the carb version and trow the efi in the trash bin

As others have said you're good up to 550hp or so with the EFI. People like carbs because they take much less special equipment to tune. With EFI you need to have mefiburn. With a carb you needs jets.

agreed with you 100% but my question is ::: if i take the efi out with penium and go carb set up will i gain HP ?

No. You won't gain HP just by switching to carb.
