I always pump the oil out as soon as I pull the boat out of the water while the oil is nice and hot. Saves the hassle of having to let it run a long time in the driveway to get the oil up to temp. I made an adapter that will screw into the supplied garden hose thread end for the dipstick screw top method and is tapped NPT for use with the oil pan drain hose. Or use the small tube for the motors that require the tube down the dipstick method.
