Whith the older 12 meter having the side by side bolster seating and left hand throttles are sweet! When me and brother go out just for a rip on a rough day, I throttle and he drives. It's a blast!

I will assume that at the offered price the boat has 496 Mags, decent power and you can expect to run very high 70's and might touch 80 on a perfect day. I owned a single step 35 Lightning, exact same hull, and now own a twin step Lightning, you will not be disappointed with the performance, ride and handling of this boat you have posted here.

Set aside the prior comment that would have you think that the fuel tanks are leakers, not an issue I have knowledge of, same on the fuel lines. Any boat can have problems, for a wide range of reasons, and if you are not real savy in being able to find them before you buy the get the boat surveyed. Fountains are well built boats, have a pretty fair reputation. Take your feed back from real owners not some fool with a Bayliner SS.

And the throttles are just fine where they are!!!

OP never seems to follow up the discussion on the threads. Yep, looks like a bs way to sell a boat.
