Lets imagine the guy bought that boat when he was 40, that would make him 76 yrs old today. How savvy is a 76 yr old on the internet? (notice just 2 pics).
No idea what the market is on old mistresses but the asking price seems high especially if the boat is close to original.

Being in fresh water it's whole life is a big plus.

For corrosion, sure, but if it's been neglected it's even more likely to have rot than if it was salt water kept!

depends, you would be surprised what some "fresh" water lakes test at.

Or it could be the case of a nagging wife, her- "you should sell that boat" him- "well honey, i listed it but no one is buying"
