One owner for the last 36 years! You'd think they'd have a little more info about the boat with owning it all that time.

Lets imagine the guy bought that boat when he was 40, that would make him 76 yrs old today. How savvy is a 76 yr old on the internet? (notice just 2 pics).
No idea what the market is on old mistresses but the asking price seems high especially if the boat is close to original.

For corrosion, sure, but if it's been neglected it's even more likely to have rot than if it was salt water kept!
