Buy the Avendor and bum rides in friends boats! You don't want a canopy boat ac or not. My .02 cents.

So I made what I feel is a fair offer, cash deal, and I'd close and pick up boat Monday. He declined.
At 250k + engines + trans + props + exhaust + rigging = to much compared to the other 40 running boats that can be bought.
Plan was TNT for rigging and key west poker run in three months.

Yes the turning is the main problem with the tunnel tab. PBam flipped one in his first race because the indicator malfunctioned. Beautiful boat though.

Jeremy you are an IDIOT! Don't you know that a 41 Apache is the best boat ever, passed down from God to Noah and then on to Ben and Bobby!

I was told that I would not like the canopy and that in a very short time 700s would be boring.

I'll take boring 700s any day. Zip tie them to the dash and roll to KW and STILL arrive before the 'big power" guys have theirs repaired 3x before they arrive after dark.

That is an extremely cool piece…… Elmer hasn't had it long, and he put some time and effort into it….
The boat is a weapon, not a bar cruiser or sandbar boat.
700s….not for me.
Wild had a 40 with some 2.0l Volkswagens or something of the like for awhile..He still had fun and didn't have issues or big bills along the way…
But, ride in a 1075,1100, or 1350 boat and you'll never consider 700s.
That boat could get on the water with decent power easily.
Merc would be the first choice, but you could go old school if you are trying to keep the expenses down. Cobra or Chief could do some 850s pretty reasonably.
Yes, as bubba said, take that tunnel tab off and leave it in the garage. You have no need for that.
To me, the lack of visibility out of the boat is the biggest issue.
If you'd rather have an open cockpit MTI, call me.
Running a big cat is a different program than that 46 Cig was. Honestly, the cat is easier to drive, runs better, and is obviously much faster….
