They need to bury him under the prison.

Yeah...enough. He hasn't gotten the message yet, the judge should give him a long time in prison to think about it.

In Michigan even with the bac level change the sentencing guideline I would be shocked if he gets 5 year in jail. They prefer probation far to often

5 years won't teach this repeat offender anything, he's a slow learner. I'm hoping for 15 minimum because it's his 4th offense and multiple deaths involved. Plus when he gets out no drivers license, car, boat, whatever forever. At least 10 years probation afterward. Alcohol and drug tested regularly. This guy is a menace to society.

I hope you are right and they send him away. Last fatal accident in this area that went to court got 5 years probation
