No transom damage. I usually boat on Barkley and Ky, but when I go to the river I put in at Mt Vernon and run between there and Evansville. I was just down river of Dead Man's Island when all hell broke loose.

Glad you are OK Joe.

looks like you took your motor out drinking and it through up all over the back of your boat . Couldn't handle it's octane !

Not my boat fortunately but my turbo snowmobile. Notice the nice chunk of rod stuck in the sleeve. Brand new motor now with Carillo Rods, JE Pistons, Falicon crank, bigger turbo and more goodies. Should make a hair over 500hp.

Nice drive jack did you make it? Nice shop too!

Thanks! Its a yard arm drive jack. We have 3 of them; 1 for Indy and two in Florida. The two outer drives on the Donzi need an adaptor to lift up higher to get the height needed.

Yep...

Same thing happened as another poster in this thread. Case of some wing nut using a $3.00 intake valve. Then it puked metal.

Here's one of the many blown up engines I've had over the years.

This was a 330 that cracked an oil cooler and pulled 3 gallons of water into the engine. Never showed low oil pressure, guess it was reading water pressure.

Grind a nice area around that crack down, clean it real good and throw some JB weld on that bird and rock on.
