I think the measuring kit would be a good fit for that piece. Exacto knife out the spaces where there will be no material and put the logo in the center. Would look pretty sharp.

Ive contacted Westcoast Offshore to see if I could get a CAD drawing but it seems that may be top secret. I wish they would offer a non skid. Its slippery and the worst case keeps me up at night.

Dude, if that was the kitchen counter, and there were 10 sushi knives laying on the floor in front it, would your kids be on the counter top for any reason?
Have something fabbed up with PVC built into it as an extra reinforced prop cover by a local upholstery shop.

Blades sells neoprene prop covers........ While I cut my knuckles numerous times putting in on my labbed prop on my velocity, the kids were safe swimming around the back of the boat....

I have white SeaDek flooring with custom logo on our boat cockpit floor. It is an absolute nightmare to keep clean. Probably would be slightly better if it were a center console and I just hosed everything down and used bleach or something after every run, but I don't do that in a performance boat. You literally cannot step on it from a dock or at all with shoes without it staining. And the stains don't just wipe off.

I'm having a new floor made now out of Jim's Marine PVC, similar to deckadence that I'm going to install over the SeaDek.

Change the name of that boat to OSHAn Rated.

You put in white SeaDek and then step on it with shoes what do you expect? The SeaDek is like a microfiber towel it will pull the dirt off anything that touches it. The marina where I keep my boat is full of grease, diesel soot, and tire dust from the big fork lifts, so no shoes allowed.

I'm saying that even if you take your shoes off, step on the dock for one second then back in the boat you're going to stain the SeaDek. Like you said, it pulls any dirt off anything it touches. I don't think that is ideal in a powerboat. I too try to limit anyone from wearing shoes in the boat, but when my 93 year old grandpa gets in I'm not telling him to stop and take off the kicks! If it was easier to clean it wouldn't be a big deal, but it's not. I wouldn't put a light color SeaDek on anything. Just my opinion from owning it. It may be good for your boat, but I bet one day you'll get tired of scrubbing it.

The best floor is non-skid gelcoat.
