It is listed here in the classifieds. Or go to their website, there are a lot more pics there.

The 38 Top Guns were basically equipped just like the 39... Same dash, interior, fittings, charger, billet hatch lift, etc.... The cost was high...

So, we called the 38 that was like the 39 the GT. This was to keep the european buyers happy. A lot of them had 600s fro CE compliance.

That said, The US buyers didn't want to pay.... So, we came out with the regular 38 Top Gun.
The first ones were called "Spyder"... There was a blue one and Red one that were built back to back...I think there may have been a yellow one too... The Spyders were very bare...Kind of like a Fountain.. This didn't go over so well, so we added back a few things and forgot the Spyder name to keep the complaining down...

And there you have it..

Bed time story for you guys... By the way, The Spyders were lighter.... 1/2 cabin, less foo foo junk.... Guess what.... They were FASTER. One of the craziest new boat orientation rides I had was in the Blue Spyder.... Ran high 80s in that boat, then out in the ocean and caught in an insane nasty squal.... Customer dove into the cabin... I said my prayers... Rain so hard you couldn't see th bow light.... 4-6' wind blown swells.... Oh, we were in the ocean..... then the lightning came..... Ever had your engines shut off from lighting striking??? I have... Oh yeah, and the Spyders didn't have a GPS..... I had found some channel maker and tried to keep the boat by the marker the whole time... Who knows how long that lasted.... Then the rain let up.... That marker... It was the little one that helps keep you off the ROCKS at Government Cut....
Crazy.
The customer was amazed and still finished the deal... Helluva ride..

You earned your money that day and then some. I could imagine you getting pounded by rain in the face and the future owner dives for a dry environment. Nothing like a little help from a second set of eyes vs. doing it alone.
