I chewed off and on for years, at the peak I was chewing most of the day. Tapered it off to avoiding it at work and only in the garage and golfing. Finally I fugured out I didnt like it much anymore and dont even crave it anymore. Mind you, chewy has 10 times the nicotine as a ciggy...you can do it.

I quit 18 years ago. I came home from work and my wife at that time told me that I smelled like cig smoke. Duh, I probably smoked a pack at work. She informed me that she had not smoked in 5 days. I hadn't noticed because I pretty much hated her. I quit smoking and have not touched one since. Figured that if she could quit, and she is weak, I could quit. Divorced her shortly after that day. I do not hate her anymore, strong dislike, but have to thank her for that day. Hang in there. I attempted to stop a 100 times but that day stuck. Good luck. Doug
