Nascat,

What size door do you need to get that inside?

The Skater was only 30' long (40' on the trailer) and 9' wide so it was easy to back in & pull out. My storage condo is 20' x 55' w/ a 3' man door & a 14' x 14' overhead door. They offered a 16' x 55' w/ just an overhead door & a 35' x 55' w/ a man door & 2 overhead doors also. The size works good for me. There's approx 41' of open area in front of the loft and a min height of 7' 10" under the loft so any boats I considered in the 38' + range I needed to know the exact measurements on trailer before purchasing. Ultimately the Nor-Tech won't be a problem.

The project is called Hyde Park, they built a similar property in Daytona. I'm going to pitch that they consider building some on the west coast (Fort Myers / Cape Coral area). I know something similar exists there but these guys do it right & I bet they'd sell them out.

Thanks, do you know the total height of the NT on the trailer? I love your cat but I'm also looking at a CC, I'm starting to build a barn in the spring and have 12'x12' doors going on it.

Don't let the size fool you. I can fit a bunch of boats in as you can see. Outside

Very Nice!!

Where do you find the time to use all those toys, let alone keep them clean & maintain them?? I struggle w/ a car, truck, boat & bicycle!

I started to pursue earlier this year then got side tracked. I'll put some feelers out to the developer of my current project. There's a place near Ft Myers called the Treasure Chest, don't know much about them & the site simply isn't very user friendly. Don't even list a ph#. Hyde Park would crush a place like that w/ customer satisfaction & value.

NASCAT has a proud new owner in NJ. Haven't heard a peep since he bought it.

My notes say a NT 340 is12' 6" to the top of the hardtop (there's a folding mast light on the topside I was estimating) but you'd be better off asking Terry at NT b/c I measured boats in the rigging shop that were on yard trailers not late model Myco's or equal.

There are also many members on OSO w/ 340's & 390's so you could post in the NT forum & get a more accurate response I'm sure.
