TOTALLY awesome. Is your car one of the extremely rare CC1 Fisher Body factory T-Tops, or the Cars&Concepts aftermarket version?
I had C&C T-Tops on my 1987 Trans Am L98; and actually I think they were a better design than the factory.
About 3 years ago, I ran across a LINCOLN with T-Tops. YES, it was a 1977 or so Lincoln Mark V. I was just flabbergasted when I came across it as I am infatuated with T-Top cars.
I did a TON of research and digging, and found the oldest guy at http://www.sunroofdoctor.com/.
Turns out, he actually did the install on this car, back in the late 70s. It was an aftermarket kit designed for the Ford LTD, but it also fit the Mark V. They only installed these tops on FIVE, Lincoln Mark Vs.
I didn't buy it because I was scared of it & scarcity of parts. I kick myself ALL THE DAMN TIME for that mistake. Of 5 ever put together, this was likely the only one left, and it was in almost excellent condition. It was identical to this one: , plus the T-Tops.
Stupid, stupid, STUPID mistake.

No T-tops obviously, but I always loved the carriage roof.
Oh, and for the haters, my garage IS in the background. My other storage is where I rent commercial space...14 acres under roof that is heated all winter where my other stuff sits. I only dream of needing to rent all 14 acres to store my car collection...LOL!
I'm actually not certain on the T-tops...I never thought about checking into it really. You can see the two kids in the photo. None of the cars get much attention since we had kids

But I'm sure you're not (nor would you want to be) my long lost brother.
That Lincoln is awesome! I've been trying to find 'something' in baby blue to buy; just haven't found it yet. If I didn't like my bike's current flat blue pearl so much, it would have repainted tins already.

I ran across one of these in a bone yard here in the 90's. It was hit pretty hard in the front end and i took the fat white leather 6 way seats out and put them in a 79 Bronco i had. While i was at it i found some info in the glove box and later actually talked to the guy who owned it, he told me it was supposed to have been crushed and was surprised it was still there. When i was getting the seats i recognized it as being something very unique and could tell it was prototype level construction. I made a deal to purchase the roof clip for a hundred bucks but when i went back the next week it was gone (wtf)

If you remember, I'm from Indiana.
But I'm sure your not (nor would you want to be) my long lost brother.

Brian is the guy who built it...I took it up rt 14 in King &Queen before the paint and air ride. Fun but I ground the radiator shrouds off it. The air ride made a big difference in the usability. If you have any questions on the motor let me know,I can get you in contact with Brian.
