F that NY property tax....I have seen it and it is insane....

Mine is about 4k a year in Mooresville, NC city limits, and if I lived 100 yards east of where I do now it would be under $500 a year...

That's 2167/mo. If you could swing a mortgage payment like that in okc you'd have a damn nice home.

That's my tax bill. But I honestly can't complain because there is a ton of money to be made here on Long Island . We are still country here but city is closing in on us over the years. But still country. Not to mention surrounded by water. And that's a good thing.
