an older 25 warlock cat with twin 2.5 merc fishing motors will run 90. 30 Spectre with twin 300XS will top out to 104 on radar in light chop.
The only V bottom that could give these cats a hard time [ 122 mph] would be the Howard 28 Bullit with huge power in calm water.http://www.howardboats.com/boat_spec...28_bullet.html
I think the 30 Spectre is the best bang for the money and relatively cheap, buying used.
If money was no object, the 32 DW would be my choice.

you likely will not find many used/prisitne DW's for sale but there's one guy who's as enthusiastic about Doug Wright boats as you're about Progressions,lol. He would sell his pristine used DW for the right price though, You can see his and read about it here.

Omni, like the way your Progression runs, great looking rig. To get that boat to run well in the rough with the current setup you would need to run a water ballast tank. That would allow you to take on ballast when needed but loose it when running in the flat. Either that or lose some setback which would certainly cost you speed in the flat.
