Nice job to all involved. I'm sure the time is killing you.

Filler Fastening System, pretty clean & simple IMO.

That looks like a pain in the neck to thread and unthread that thing every time you have to remove it. Have them install these instead, spring loaded stainless steel barrel bolts.

Based on the bracket thickness the threaded knobs will be shortened by me or I may switch to quick pins. Thanks for the tip!

Mine was just tested at 81. Not too bad.

please post some numbers once you have a chance to get some time on it, really curious to see real world mpg at 30, 40, 50, 60 mph.

If he know his MPG at 30 and 40 mph I will be extremely disappointed in his operation of such a fine machine.

Of course, we are talking about NASCAT, the most detail-oriented and inquisitive person I've ever met. So, just for notations sake, I am sure he will have a full breakdown.

That may take me a bit, I've never been much of a fuel mileage guy b/c I don't fill my tank to boat locally nor boat on trips long enough to burn enough fuel to get a good read.

I heard Rebel's boat saw 1.4mpg at 60mph cruise but I don't really know the details.

Let me see if I can get one of our race engineers to instrument my boat w/ a Pi System recording throttle position, steering input, speed, rpm & trim angle. :party-smiley-004:
