Critical? I don't think so. He has 2-3 revolutions on the wheel. Not good. Turns around and takes his attention/body away at speed. Who knows where his trim and tabs were.
I wouldn't let my daughter ride with him.
At the minimum, no lanyard.

My only issue is like someone else pointed out: he seems a little less than focused while doing 100 mph. But I have no experience doing those speeds so who am I to judge! And the moral of the story is: don't post videos of yourself running hard!!!

I think you did a great job,,everyone is having fun on you are been very responsible staying away from boat traffic and not doing anything stupid to put yourself and passengers at harms way.
now somebody else could watch your that video and come up with a different conclusion such as,,at 45 seconds you passenger in the back is standing up,,no life jackets, a couple of times you took your hand off the throttles,at times the passenger in rear was waving and not holding on,at no time did you even glance at your passengers to make sure they were ok..
for the record I think you did a great job but anybody could find something to b!tch about..

I don't disagree. I feel like gumby and pecs are turning to moobs. I miss the days of being 195lbs and 8% BF and when my only real job was going to the gym.

I was nervous watching that video with kids in the back seat. I didnt like being a passenger in a 100 MPH run with the driver looking all over the place. If I was in the back seat, I would have been yelling...."Turn the F#@K around and drive!!!!" But as I get older, I dont like NOT being in control of a boat, especially a fast one.

Huh? Your thread title is "how not to turn a stepped bottom" but instead of critiquing with facts you state that it seems like the boat was going to get loose? Did it get loose or not? The thread title is totally misleading. Totally seems like bashing to me.
