thats what I noticed going from my small straight bottom boat(I was gonna say, like throwing out the anchor) to a multi step one,,thing glides forever.

it is weak, i don't care how many cigs sold, it's the price they sold for, hello anybody home. my neighbors tiger is only 10,500 so i would love to see this 12,500 38 tg. not sure why you are still arguing about this, there is massive speed gains from straight to ts. the entire industry wouldn't have gone to steps if it was as low as you are claiming. formula claimed 10% back in 97 and they were one of the slower boats. reggie didn't go to steps because he saw 5% or any of the other big names in the industry

that's the "70 mph hopp" . 70 is the magic number on the old straight bottoms. if you run under 70 you will be hopping all the way down the lake lol. above 70ish and the boat will lay down and run nice, under that you must use some tab

sadly we are all in agreement, yet some dont think there is a 2k lb minimum weight difference between flat bottom and t/s boats...but whatever.

Was it a bravo boat? Full cabin? Some didn't balance well they were really best with transmissions and Sam/trs drives. Needed a little tab unless you were spinning some upper RPMs
