For comparison,the 700 SCI 39's run about 105mph. The 39's are are slightly faster than 38's.

As griff said, a 39' w/stock 700's runs 105. Staggered motors are good for about 2mph. Based off my 38 w/525's, runs 86mph, and I've been in two different '05 39's w/525's, both those boats ran 88mph...... So I would say 100-105 is very realistic.

The boat you are referring to does run just north of 100. I don't know the seller, but I know people who do and who have been on the boat.
