3-5s in buzzards bay mass. with a occasional 8 foot swell.
Up here in the northeast we cant measure waves anyway.

+1 on the gopro making water look flat. We went to Bimini last may and were in some pretty big stuff and when I show the film to friends they are like it looks like a smooth day. It does NOT however make my wife's chest look flat...lol...
