Sonic does not deserve any positive support, especially on a new model that has not even been proven on the water or in the real world yet.

Now the owner of a new sonic deserves to be proud of their new boat, but should respect the warnings given to others about Sonic/Frisinis shady dealings.

Plus none of us even know if a new owner of a VERY expensive boat is just an innocent new boat owner or....

A silent investor in Sonic/Frisini.....

Chuck, I too have no horse in this race except for the fact that I like the sonic powerboat line and have met some of the workers and owner and felt they were very nice guys. I also went to the show and loved the display and the new boats. But it does seems strange to me that you say for 3-4 years you’ve been trying to get a boat that you allegedly paid for yet you refuse to mention how much the boat was b sold to you for and how much you paid towards the boat and in what time frame. You say you paid for a boat but have never showed a bill a sale, purchase agreement or anything to justify your claim. You’ve never shown any court records or documents of a lawsuit of your claim for the boat which, the way you have described it here on OSO you should’ve won with your eyes close. People file frivolous lawsuits all the time for minimal or no cost. If you had a legitimate case why haven’t you filed one? You call the owner a fraud and yet there you are all over the internet as being arrested for fraud. The company’s lawyer offered to discuss the matter with you yet you say you refuse to call. There’s no charge to have a conversation that you feel will justify your claim. You make claims that the boats are poorly made. How could you possibly know that? Were you at the show? Did you see the craftsmanship, the engineering? Do you know who works there now? Good hard working men go to work there and work hard to support their families doing quality work. I know because I’ve been there and seen it firsthand. I apologize for coming at you so hard. Just tired of the child like uncorroborated slander. I am a big fan of the boating industry and just think people playing he said she said on a chat room site only diminishes the great industry we all love.

Real simple question for you, if I traded a boat worth more than the boat being built it was paid for right? You can also look at the threads before they came off the rails about the build and choosing the paint and options. Are you farmiliar with some of the quality people that have worked there and left? Are you aware that there are six pending lawsuits currently going on in NJ and possibly more in Fl? Those buyers would love to chime in but can't right now. I understand that you only know me from what you have read and don't need to convince strangers of my character. Please reread the thread with one of the victims of the thefts stating how we have done business for twenty years and continue to do business. If the Frisina era boats are so good why have most buyers retained them less than a year? I'm interested in your replies to these relevant questions.

Isn't your only other thread about Sonic going to the boat show? How do you like me now Tony?

P.S. I know the boats are poorly made because of the extensive conversations with other victims and their lawyers. I also worked there for 10 weeks which probably superceeds you knowledge with a factory visit and a conversation at a boat show. I don't mean to come off harsh either but you have no clue what you are talking about. The dollar amounts of my trade deal are irrelevant to the subject at hand and really none of your business, but I will tell you this. I had a guy posing as a buyer when the boat was listed on boat trader and he had it listed at just under 300k and eventually offered it for around $220k for a quick deal.
