He seemed humbled by my statement and said although he has his side to the story he felt it shouldn't be hashed out in a forum. I knew and know a bit of the history and thought I'd just ask you outright and appreciate your candor, I also thought by asking maybe some good could come from it.
Correct me if I'm wrong as I'm reading between the lines of your previous posts
You paid for the boat in full and it was never finished?
How much was owed for your ten weeks of work
Legal fees? You hired an attorney to help resolve this cluster f#%k ?
I know I'm asking some direct questions and certainly you don't owe an answer
I traded down in boat and did receive the cash difference owed to me from OCM the original selling dealer. The boat was suppose to be completed in June of 2011, but was still not complete, yet it was driveable in June of 2013. I had an attorney working on this matter in Florida and have consulted with a couple different attorneys in NJ. The compensation he owes me is kind of personal, sorry. Please feel free to ask anything else. Tony comes off real smooth and numerous times we would blow up at each other and a cpl days later you wouldn't even know it. He can be a likable guy. The first time we met we talked boats for hours and it was great, but with that said I would strongly caution anyone thinking of doing business with him. It's not just me, there is a long line of customers, former employees, investors, business partners, and marine vendors that will tell you the same thing. Most won't get involved in forum banter but pick any large marine vendor and go ask them yourself if a person should do business with Tony Frisina or Arrow Powerboats.

Certainly understood that your work agreement is a personal matter. Seems like you and OCM worked things out but I'm still not clear on one thing.. You did or did not pay for the boat in full

I was in control of the balance owed between OCM and Arrow Powerboats. Frisina, OCM, and I entered into an agreement. The boat was to be completed if I forwarded X and X was forwarded. Three weeks later I received no less than twenty phone calls and texts pleading for half of the remaining balance. This information is stated earlier in this thread. I reluctantly forwarded hIm half the remaining balance. When I wouldn't forward the remaining balance prior to the boat being finished and now a different brand than I had purchased was when me and my bank were told to **** off and he was going to sell the boat and keep the proceeds. Also Once I refused to give over the remaining balance I received a new bill ( higher)from Frisina, and if I wanted the boat those are the figures now. Hope this clears this up.
P.S. The boat was designated a 2012 at this point in 2013 when you can also vin a boat 2014 at that point in the year. What is the two year depreciation on a boat? I know many of us know that pain lol.

Would it be unreasonable to ask how much of your own money was invested in the Nordic and subsequently passed through OCM and on to Frisini?

Chuck
Based on your willingness to share details of your side of the deal it seems pretty honest.. You were making payments for your new boat build but say you and the bank were told to F off. I'm assuming you had a loan for the new boat and were forwarding draft payments in which case I'm also assuming your bank came after you for the loan payments and or went after arrow/ spectre for their collateral ( boat)

i just don't understand how he keeps producing product with out making without making this right with you chuck? it seems as it would be much easier to try to fix the problem with you in a great way that you come on OSO and say either a) I have received all of my money back with an interest... or b) i have received a new boat (2015) with all of the options i wanted AND an apology. maybe i have missed more information from the previous thread. i would love to hear Frisini's side of the story. (not by any means calling you a liar or saying you were wrong in this) but he has to have a reason for telling you to go f yourself, which may be in his own mind. but in my view building you a new boat and taking 2 instead of 3 boats to the boat show and start building his reputation back.

1. Pantera has been doing this for years.
2. Can't give money back that is funding the whole scheme
3. Bring 2 boats to the show vs. 3.....those were people's boats they already paid for, so no cost to him to bring them there (he didn't build them on spec)

I just think it is ironic that this thread (and Chuck's other threads) are crushing the thread about the 42/1100 boat that is easily the nicest boat ever produced by Frinisni (that boat should be his centerpiece!)

It should be about the new 42, but Frisina can't move forward until the prior customers and vendors who were cheated are made whole.
