I am a flawed man. I have not read the whole thread but I will. I have been accused of dui. My advice is , keep your mouth shut. Do not get out of the car . If they ask you to get out , ask , Am I under arrest? That's it! the more you talk and move the more evidence they have. Don't drink and drive its bad, but if you do don't screw yourself!

The simple fact is that in this day and age there is a lot of money to be made, or spent. Madd has done an excellent job of promoting their agenda, and it just happens to be politically correct. Impaired or not you are hosed.
Bad thing is the people on legal meds that are toast seem immune.

I cannot speak for the Breathalyzer, but as far as the Alocotest, if you have a metal plate/dentures, pierced tongue, gum in your mouth, a mint, that can be grounds in New Jersey for the breath test not to be admitted as evidence. If the officer who has to watch the accused for 20 consecutive minutes prior to administering the test, does not catch those items I just mentioned, I will get the breath test thrown out.... I am giving away too many legal secrets, this is how I make a living... I need to keep quiet.....
