I don't know how it is in Florida, but in NJ the crane operator is licensed, insured and fully culpable in a Court of Law. He has the final say Go/NoGo. Worked with/not for Casey Crane Rigging for years..A professional rigging company. So seeing this kind of jackassery amazes me.

We SLOWED up. stayed due South, kept an eye out for the beach and the fishing pier and knew the inlet was about 1,200 feet south of the pier on the starboard side. Made it home safe, no scratches on the Cigarette and no restaurants injured!
